Start by asking ‘What?’

Most of Jesus ministry to people started with the question “what do you want?”

When was the last time you asked someone what they want?

The fastest way to build a bridge to the unchurced is to express interest in them and show that you understand the problems they are facing.

Are you focused on yourself or on adding value to others.

This principal is a major foundation that should be seen in every area of our lives not just one.

For example this, putting others first, is also the business model that we should use. Focus on making a sale and you might make one but you won’t build a lasting relationship of mutual benefit. If you want to win focus on meeting the needs of others.

Zig Ziglar says, “Help enough people get what they want and you will always have what you want.”

This is also the safest way to make sure your ego never shows its ugly head.
